Senior Leadership Team

Following the pattern of the early church, we believe in the ‘plurality’ of local church leadership. There are two main leaders at Emmanuel, each with different and complementary gifts.

Charlie Radburn (Teaching Ministry)

Charlie is married to Rachel and has two children. He has been around Droitwich for about twelve years.

He works as a Healthcare Chaplain at a Marie Curie Hospice - Solihull, is a parent governor at Droitwich Spa High School and 6th Form College, and is involved with Acorn's Children's Hospice, Worcester.

Charlie originally trained at The London School of Theology. He has since studied extensively in theology, Christian ministry, and in health and social care. He has a special interest in ‘Communion with God’.

He has had over 30 years experience in pastoral ministry, and has a vision to see a radical local church, built on the Word of God and growing in the Spirit.

Malcolm Wood (Pastoral Ministry)

Malcolm is married to Shirley with three sons, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Malcolm has been Chairman of Prayer for Israel (PFI), president of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International (FGBMFI) Worcester Chapter and Trustee of The River School, Worcester (a local Christian School), as well as enjoying a wider Evangelistic ministry.

Malcolm has ministered throughout the UK and overseas in many capacities and has been privileged to see God use him in many varied situations. He ministers locally with pastoral and teaching gifts, and desires to see the body of Christ grow into maturity.

Malcolm runs a Management Training Business, working in partnership with the University of Worcester.
